Furry Friends Are Welcome at Byline Apartments
Your pet is part of your posse. Our cat residents love gazing out from the windows onto the activity below. Our dog residents get plenty of exercise walking their owners through the urban avenues of Goose Hollow, with a short walk to Washington Park. We allow up to two (2) pets per household. Pet rent is $35 per pet, per month, and each pet requires a $300 refundable deposit at move-in.
Pet and Breed Restrictions
Dog Breeds
Restricted breeds that may not visit or be maintained in the Leased Premises include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Pit Bulls
- Rottweilers
- Presa Canario
- German Shepherds
- Malamutes
- Dobermans
- Chowchows
- St. Bernards
- Great Danes
- Akitas
- Terriers (Staffordshire)
- American Bull Dog
- Karelian Bear Dog
- Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds
Poisonous Animals
Restricted animals that may not visit or be maintained in the Leased Premises include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Tarantulas
- Piranhas
Exotic Animals
Restricted animals that may not visit or be maintained in the Leased Premises include, but are not limited to the following:
- Reptiles (snakes, iguanas)
- Ferrets
- Skunks
- Raccoons
- Squirrels
Note: Service/companion animals may not be subject to this list.
