Pricing Details

  • Move In Deposit: $500 for standard and $1,000 for Penthouse one time refundable, required
  • Application Fee: $45 per applicant, required
  • Conditional Deposit: Additional 1/2 month or 1 month deposit based on credit score, one time refundable
  • Early Termination: 150% of 1 month’s rent, conditional
  • Return Item/NSF: $25 per occurrence, conditional
  • Late Fee: $200, conditional on payment date
  • Pet Deposit (Cat): $300 one time per pet, refundable, conditional
  • Pet Deposit (Dog): $300 one time per pet, refundable, conditional
  • Pet Rent: $35 per pet/ per month, conditional
  • Parking: $250/month, optional
  • Storage: $50/month, optional
  • EV Parking: $250/month, optional

Failure to Establish Services Fee: $50 per occurrence, conditional.
