Byline’s rooftop lounge, high atop the 23rd floor, offers something for everyone. Throw a dinner party using our demonstration kitchen, complete with a large refrigerator, drop-in range, and dual built-in ovens. Host a poker night with views of the city skyline and Mt. Hood to the east. Enjoy your favorite beverage while watching the big game, or curl up with a book in front of the fireplace overlooking the City of Roses.
Wellness Spa
No other building in Oregon offers this level of dedicated wellness space. Located at the top of Byline, our spa brings together a steam room, dry sauna, outdoor soaking pool, and invigorating cold plunge, all framed by expansive city and mountain views. It’s a rare combination of daily ritual and elevated design, created for residents who prioritize health, recovery, and restoration at home.
Coworking Lounge
Designed for hybrid and remote lifestyles, Byline’s coworking lounge includes seven private, acoustically isolated work pods, each equipped with a desk, comfortable seating, secondary monitor, and complimentary high-speed internet. A small conference room supports Zoom meetings and client presentations, while a community printer, lounge seating, and kitchenette round out the space. It’s a focused, fully equipped environment that makes it easy to plug in and stay productive.

Cinema with Dolby Atmos Surround Sound
Purpose-built for immersive viewing. Byline’s acoustically isolated cinema features Dolby Atmos surround sound, concealed speakers, and a high-definition projection system calibrated for clarity and depth. An intuitive touchpad simplifies control, while considered lighting and sound design create a focused, distraction-free environment. It’s a dedicated space for film, sport, and series viewing, designed with the same attention to detail as the residences themselves.
Fitness Center
Developed in collaboration with Advanced Exercise, Byline’s fitness center is designed as a complete training environment within the building. The space includes treadmills, ellipticals, Powermills, and stationary bikes with integrated 16-inch screens, along with a multipress, leg press, and dedicated free weight and lifting zones. A separate yoga and mobility room features a stretch cage to support flexibility and recovery, creating a balanced approach to daily training, just steps from the wellness spa.
